Kalamazoo Senior Chelsea Smith was recognized as the MIAA Defensive Player of the Week. Chelsea was recognized for playing every minute in the 1-1 draw against Albion and also keying a backline that held Calvin scoreless in the Hornets' 1-0 win on Saturday. It's been quite the past 2 weeks for Chelsea as she was also recently accepted to Med School at MSU for next year. Well done Chelsea! CONGRATULATIONS!!! WAY TO GO!!!
